Powered by Automation

  • IC Programming

Our advanced SMT lines allow for “on-the-fly” programming of microcontroller units (MCUs), eliminating the need to stock pre-programmed chips. We also offer standalone IC programming services with tooling for nearly any chip format, including BGA, QFP, QFN, TSOP, PLCC, and SOIC.

  • Selective Solder

We provide precise selective soldering with nitrogen-assisted systems that strengthen solder joints and reduce oxidation. Ideal for through-hole and mixed-technology boards, this process improves long-term reliability and lowers the risk of failure and more.

  • Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)

Our high-speed AOI systems inspect each board for solder quality, component alignment, and surface defects. This ensures every board meets our rigorous quality standards before it ships.

  • Conformal Coating

Protect your boards from moisture, dust, and chemicals. We apply polyurethane conformal coatings with consistent, controlled processes, offering both full and selective coverage.

  • Aqueous Rinse Cleaning System

Our five-step cleaning system includes softening, dechlorination, reverse osmosis, and dual-stage deionization. It delivers non-conductive, residue-free results. This process is critical for high-impedance circuits and long-term reliability.
